MedVed Clinic of Eastern Medicine offers Red Light, Near-Infrared Light (NIL), and Infrared light Therapy as part of our integrative approach to pain relief, recovery, skin health, and overall wellness.

Red Light – 640 nm (full body treatment session)
Red light is primarily absorbed by the skin and is commonly used to support skin rejuvenation, collagen production, circulation, and tissue repair.

Near-Infrared Light – 880 nm (full body treatment session)
Near-infrared light is invisible to the eye and penetrates deeper than visible red light. It is commonly used in light-therapy protocols for muscle and joint discomfort, inflammation, recovery, and deeper tissue support.

Far-infrared (FIR): approximately 3,000–100,000 nm (small area treatment only)
Primarily produces a warming effect and is used in infrared heating and thermal therapies. Great for post-traumatic recovery and pain management, acute and chronic muscle tension and spasms, chronic neck and joint stiffness, arthritis symptoms, increased local blood flow through gentle heating.

At MedVed Clinic, light therapy can be incorporated into an individualized sessions and may be combined with traditional sessions.
